◦ When reading the roll barcode, information such as roll production date, serial number, and manufacturer can be checked.

◦ The information attached to the surface of the box is the tracking number. This allows the general manager of the franchise headquarters to activate the label after registering their label received.

◦ You can register the receipt of the label by scanning or entering the tracking number on the seller app. Even when purchasing in bulk, the tracking number is given and sent.

◦ You can check the ordered label type using the label box tracking number.

◦ Labels ordered by the franchise headquarters can be used at stores of the same brand. The settlement is subject to mutual agreement between stores.

◦ When selling a product, a label indicating the deposit refund statement is attached vertically to the disposable cup for sale according to its material (paper cup, plastic cup, etc.) and container type (standard vs. non-standard).

◦ When applying for a label, a bill is issued at 3 am the next day. However, if a payment is due (e.g., when using non-standard containers), label production will proceed only after the related processing subsidy is paid.

◦ There are no limits on the number of orders you can make. However, additional label orders will not be allowed if the deposit is not paid within 5 weeks.

- The maximum order quantity per order is 1,000 rolls, and there is no order limit per day.

◦ Any label aside from the deposit indication label is not classified as accessories. In accordance with the criteria stated in the ‘Matters Concerning Designation, Registration, Use, etc., of Standard Containers', even if a label is the same as a sealing by citing‘ covers/lids, etc*', its use is prohibited if it cannot be completely separated.

* The label is also prohibited if the cover, lid, adhesive components, etc., cannot be completely separated from the cup when removing a cover/lid made of synthetic resin and similar material.

◦ Please be aware when using the seller app, the above message is sent when scanning the barcode after clicking the ‘Have you not registered the label receipt yet? ’tab underneath the ‘Are you returning the deposit to the customer?’ tab.

◦ If the labels are damaged before the disposable cups are sold due to an issue during production and delivery, refunds are possible through a return process. However, the refund in this case is considered as the deposit and processing subsidy fee. If you wish to return the deposit labels, you can choose “Request to return label” in the “Label” tab of the disposable cup deposit payment management system through the person in charge of franchise headquarters, and you can enter the roll number and tracking number of the label.
